Shlomo Hazan was born in born in Izmir, Turkey in 1959. He is a Graduate of The School of Stage and Cinema in Bet Tsvi, Israel. In addition to his work as a director, he has also edited many feature films, documentaries and dramas for other directors. His filmography includes “Fool’s Gold,” a drama series in 21 chapters; “Shoosh’s Friends,” a children’s musical drama series in 10 chapters; “The Key,” a short drama, based on an Isaac Bashevis Singer’s story; “Salt of the Earth”; “Dying of Jealousy”; and “Torchlighters,” 48 short docs about Holocaust survivors.
