The winner of this prize will enjoy a one week stay in a two bedroom Casita at Playa Viva for up to 4 people. Playa Viva is the newest project by the team behind Casa Viva Troncones and Rainforest2Reef. Playa Viva is a Sustainable Resort and Residence Community located 30 min south of Zihuatanejo, Mexico on a private beach between two estuaries and includes a turtle sanctuary and archeological site. Blackout Dates include the following weeks: Presidents Week, Easter Week, Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Years Week. Stay is good until March 31, 2010 or one year from opening, which ever is later. Includes breakfast and lunch, dinner is additional. Does not include ground transportation or airfare to or from Zihuatanejo/Ixtapa International Airport (ZIH). Playa Viva is a project under development for completion March of 2009. In case of construction or other delays in opening, prize winner will be offered the option of extending use until project is open with expiration of use of award up to one year from opening date. Winner should keep in mind that upon opening, all facilities may not be fully complete ad facilities may be limited. If Playa Viva opening is significantly delayed, Playa Viva LLC may elect to offer comparable accommodations at sister property, Casa Viva Troncones.
