How do I pick up the tickets/passes I purchased?
E-Delivery/Print at Home for online purchases. Tickets will arrive as an attachment to the confirmation email you will receive upon completion of your order. You can either print the ticket attachment or present tickets on your mobile device upon entry.
SFJFF44 will utilize digital passes for ease of entry. Passes purchased online or over the phone will arrive as an attachment to the confirmation email you will receive upon completion of your order. JFI members whose benefits include Festival Passes will be emailed their passes in the weeks leading up to the festival. You can either print the pass attachment or present the pass' QR code on your mobile device upon entry.
What does it mean if a show is AT RUSH?
When advance tickets are no longer available, a limited number of rush tickets may be available at the door. Rush tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis depending on how many seats are available after passholders and advance ticket-holders are admitted. Rush tickets are normally sold 10 minutes prior to the screening. Acceptable payment methods are cash, credit card, and applicable vouchers.
When should I arrive at the theater for my movie?
Ticket and pass holders must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to showtime. Ticket or pass holders arriving less than 20 minutes prior to showtime, after ticket holders have been admitted and/or the passholder allotment has been reached, cannot be guaranteed a seat. Upon arrival, look for the hold-out lines marked as either Pass Holder or Ticket Holder, join the line, and wait until the theater is ready for seating.
