6 19 2018: SFJFF38 World Premiere of Who Will Write Our History Release

The 38th San Francisco Jewish Film Festival, presented by the Jewish Film Institute, is honored to be the home of the World Premiere of Roberta Grossman’s WHO WILL WRITE OUR HISTORY. The film will screen as the Palo Alto Opening Night Film on Saturday, July 21st at 6:15PM at the CinéArts Theatre in Palo Alto with Grossman in attendance. Additional screenings of the film will take place Sunday, July 22nd at 4:00PM at the Castro Theatre in San Francisco, and Saturday, July 28th at 6:00PM at the Albany Twin Theatre in Albany with Grossman in attendance.

The Jewish Film Institute (JFI) wrapped the 38th edition of the San Francisco Jewish Film Festival (SFJFF) this Sunday following a record breaking year with over 40,000 attendees and 19 sold out shows. Continuing to present film and media that celebrates the diversity of global Jewish life, SFJFF38 marked the most successful festival in the Jewish Film Institute’s history, setting box office and attendance records and reaffirming the Festival’s position as the premier showcase for Jewish cinema worldwide.
