With demand expected to be high for SFJFF screenings throughout the Bay Area, you'll want to secure your seats as early as possible. What is a Ticket Package?
Ticket Packages are vouchers that come in various sized bundles and can be redeemed for regularly or specially-priced-screenings and events, depending on the package of your choosing.
I purchased a Ticket Package online. How do I redeem my tickets?
1. Sign in with the same username OR email + password you used to purchase your Ticket Package.
2. Navigate to your desired screening and click GET TICKETS.
3. A $0.00 “Ticket Package" option will appear. Select the quantity of tickets you want beside the $0.00 option and click ADD TO CART then proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation when you’ve successfully redeemed your Ticket Package for specific screenings.
If you do not see a $0.00 ticket price after signing in, or cannot find a confirmation e-mail for your Ticket Package purchase, please contact us by emailing boxoffice@sfjff.org.
How do I purchase discounted Ticket Packages at the member rate?
1. On the Box Office page, click BUY NOW, and then click SIGN IN.
2. Use either your email OR username + password or member number + last name to sign in.
3. Select the Member price Ticket Package and proceed to checkout.
