Playing as part of Jews in Shorts: Relationships

Dayan David Oualid joined the ESEC Graduate School of Cinematographic Studies in Paris following a three-and-a-half year military service in Israel. He created the Association of Young Independent Filmmakers with his classmates, thanks to which he produced several short films and other audiovisual products. In 2019, he directed and embodied the main character of the short film DIBBUK and founded the company TROIS JOURS DE MARCHE with Luc Finalteri, Guillaume Schmitt, Raphaël Pierre-Bloch and Emilie Potet. In 2022, he made THE FATHER, THE SON AND THE RAV KALMENSON in co-production with LES FILMS DU CYGNE. With a strong desire to mix a social and fantastic cinema, Dayan's writing treats current themes with a certain nostalgia for the 90s and a strong esoteric and spiritual background.
